TFS MSSCCI Provider

I've just downloaded the new release of the TFS MSSCCI provider. Every time I download and try to install it (and I've tried from several different machines and networks now), the installer runs ok but then generates the following error part way through the install:

The cabinet file '_DE4122DA27BBE897D870DBB37A5A532C' required for this installation is corrupt and cannot be used. This could indicate a network error, an error reading from the CD-ROM, or a problem with this package.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue and is there a known workaround?

The download file is jacked and a new copy is supposed to be posted sometime today.

A new binary has been posted (the old one was corrupt). Please download it again from the following URL: http://download.microsoft.com/download/3/d/7/3d78350f-b761-45f5-b529-f452f1490ce9/Visual%20Studio%20Team%20Foundation%20Server%20MSSCCI%20Provider.msi.
