Re-Pointing Microsoft Project plan at TFS

Is there a way to repoint a project plan to a TFS project once it has been connected to it and saved? I'm getting a "Could Not Connect To Project: <My Project Name>" error when opening the plan. Naturally I'm unable to publish or refresh after that (error TF80071). It does not give me an option to reselect the TFSServer and project plan for that plan.

I have tried copying the plan into a blank plan which can connect to the server, but after the paste, I get a "TF80071" error when trying to publish or refresh. I am using the RTM version of TFS and client.
