Error in partner program signup form

I am trying to sign up for the Partner Program, however the first page has several errors:

1. State dropdowns are empty. This one doesn't seem to be critical.

2. I get "invalid telephone format" no matter how I type my phone number. This one is a show stopper. Anyone know how to fix it?

I've escalated this issue to the Partner support team and will post an update as soon as it comes in.

I Have the same problem, I have tried this at work on 2 computers as well as at home.
I get the invalid phone number error, Im not sure what format is correct.
Im using 1-(XXX)-XXX-XXXX
or a combination of it

In order to troubleshoot this issue, please email the following information to mspp-na@microsoft.com:

  • Screen shot showing the form with your phone number entered normally and the empty STATE dropdown box
  • Screen shot of the error that you receive when submitting the form
