Dear All,
My phone system Alcatel OmniPCX office support TAPI Server 2.1. How can I display incomming call(phone number, searching my contact database[SQL Server]) and how to make phone call.

Base on my understanding, our buddy want to fetch the incoming phone information from Alcatel OmniPCX office. Here’re my suggestions:
1) OmniPCX office is a 3rd party hardware product. We should ask the partner to confirm whether it supports standard TAPI or not? If the partner is not sure about it, we’d better involve OmniPCX resources ASAP.
2) If OmniPCX supports standard TAPI and provide a TSP, please check LINE_APPNEWCALL and LINE_APPNEWCALL message. Please refer to following articles:
