Customizing the Check-In Event Email ..

In Beta3, the file "http://tfs/services/v1.0/Transforms/CheckInNotification.xsl" could be modified to create custom emails for check-in event.

In RTM, this file seems to have been changed significantly. What is currently the recommended way to customize the email for check-in event ?

Alerts are generated using the CheckinEvent.xsl -- if you look at this file, you'll see that it uses a template within TeamFoundation.xsl.

If you want to change the email, you'll need to modify the template. Note that there are several templates used by different events (e.g., the link template is used by all email alerts to supply footer information).
