Issues List is not working

My Issues List is not working :(

So I tried to make a new one. I opened the "Work Items" report from the SQL Server Reporting Services page. Clicked "Create Linked Report" and called it Issues List. I then opened the Issues List report and clicked "Parameters". I edited the value of IssueParam from [Work Item].[Microsoft_VSTS_Common_Issue].[All] to [Work Item].[Microsoft_VSTS_Common_Issue].[Yes]. Saved it, opened it and got this:

Default value or value provided for the report parameter 'IssueParam' is not a valid value. (rsInvalidReportParameter)

What value should I type for IssueParam if I only want to see work items marked as Issue?
