J# tutorials?

Hi i am a flash developer, and i was interested in learning a language for programing software. I heard that the syntax to J# is the closest to flash's ActionScript so i thought it would be the bestto learn as i am very familiar with actionscript, but i dont know where to start i dont really know anything about J# does anyone know of any tutorials for getting started? Thanks
