Team Foundation Server is contained on a separate disc, which will be in the May shipment for MSDN subscribers. If you already have an MSDN Premium subscription, you can download it from MSDN Subscriber Downloads. If not, you can use the link Martin provided above to download the trial from Microsoft Downloads.

We have got a CD of TFS labled as Team Foundation Server Beta 3 Refresh...
Is it the TFS standard edition which can be used for as every user having a CAL or is it the work group edition...
Please help asap.

Yes, it is the "standard" edition of Team Foundation Server, but it is no longer licensed for use. You must use the currently shipping Team Foundation Server Trial Edition, or a licensed, RTM release of Team Foundation Server.

I had enough onlline chat with one of the tecnical representitive of the Microsoft.
Here are some details about my company's status :
"We are MSDN premium subcribers within Enpower programe.We received Team foundation server beta 3 refersh (2) SQL server 2005,when we login in to the MSDN site we DO NOT see Team System 2005 ,or any of the Team editions.
What exactly we need to do in order to get the
1. Team System 2005 + Team Editions
2. StandardTeam Foundation Server [as we will be getting TFS workgroup edition if we get Team system 2005.]
3.How much is the cost for the CAL /use if we DO NOT use the standard clinets i.e TE or Team System. ?
4.Do we need renewal,Upgradation transition or simeply i need to jump out of some bridge.!!!
