handling of future maintenance

We are in the process of establishing an ISV relationship with Microsoft in which we will be selling an embedded SQL Server license. How is future maintenance for the product handled. Are we responsible for invoicing/collecting/reporting the maintenance to MSFT in Year 2, 3 ... or does MSFT assume this responsibility after the initial sale?

Great question. The ISV Royalty team confirmed that any future maintenance or upgrades for your customers is handled directly through you.
