Custom check-in policy

Hi,

I've followed the steps inhttp://blogs.vertigosoftware.com/teamsystem/archive/2006/02/27/2302.aspx to create a CheckForComments policy. The dll and registry entry are updated in TFS machine. However, when I checkin on my client machine, I got the Internal Error. Does it mean I need to manually copy the dll and registry entry to every developer's machine?

Check-in policies are enforced on the client. Therefore, the policy's dll and registry setting must be on the client machine. The list of check-in policies and any settings for each checkin policy are stored on a per Team Project basis on the server.
