ok i have had the following msg everytime i go in the control panel and chose the anoing voice of sam which has been lost for now. An exception occurred while trying to run "C:\WINDOWS\system32\shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Speech\sapi.cpl",Speech" how can i fix this problem, i have done a file varification check and it reports everything is fine. plainly its not. thanks
