Tablet PC recommendations

Anyone have any recommendations on a good Tablet PC?

The best buy for the money?

Problems with vendors, models, etc?

I have Toshiba Tecra M4. It is great combination of laptop and tablet functionality. I chose this one because I write a lot - using keyboard, but on the way - on a train/airplan it is great to write things down. Is is two in one.

Support: Well, I used pre-installed Windows XP until last month. I upgraded my RAM size to 1.5Gb, but I hadn't felt like it, so I made fresh install. It was better. There is no need to install all the programs from Toshiba. All programs (services, emulation, drivers ...) use about 400Mb of RAM. The official support if quite good.

I have Windows Vista right now. Only few drivers work with it, so I am missing quite few thinks, but Windows Vista has good support for Tablets.

If you need standard laptop and want "large" screen tablet pc, Toshiba Tecra M4 is hardware for you. ... All you need to do is make sure you have more than standard 512Mb RAM. I will upgrade to 2Gb.

It all depends on what you want from a tablet pc.

Good luck.
