Email Open and Close events
Hello,
I am trying to capture the amount of time a user spends on an email.
Basically the ideal scenario would be to catch the open and close email events so I can take a snapshot of the current time when the email is opened and another one when it closes. So getting the amount of time the user spends on a email is just:
"closeTime - openTime = timeOnEmail"
Any help on this would be amazing.
Thanks in advance.
