OTP: Graphics issue whit icons in buttons of delphi 7 applications (Vista 32bit built 5384)

I've an application compiled in Dephi 7 where all the buttons with icon appears with a white image inside!

Vista is executed in VMWare Workstation 5.5.1 build 19175 and the video driver is "VMWare SVGAII": if the video card is configured with 16bit colors, i've no problems... however, if the video card is configured with 32bit colors, you obtain this problem:

Note that in previous beta version of Vista i had no problems.

Now, my question is .... this is a Vista problem (with 32bit color?) or this is a VMWare video card problem?
