Add arbitrary files and folders to source control?

Hi,

I am having a heck of a time trying to figure out how to add arbitrary folders and files to the TFS Source Control. I have no problem in adding a new solution but if I want to just add a folder and files in that folder (say pictures) there doesn't seem to be any obvious way to do it?

Anyone have any suggestions?
