Requirement Review and Review Signing(authentication)

Hello,

In most processes it is a common practice to have a review of the requirements before starting to work on the project. How could this be achieved in Team System? I think about a following scenario : capturing requiremnts, fix the requirements and create appropriate work items and than have a review of the results by 2..n people who are involved.

Another question regarding this subject is how a signature like authentication could be done. Is there any possibility how reviews of any kind could be digitaly signed by all involved stakeholders?

thanks for your help,

Tobias

For transitioning requirements, we use different states to represent the requirement state. In MSF CMMI, we use proposed, active, resolved and closed. You could add what ever state that matched your methodology.

We do not have digital signature signoff, but we do have integrated auth so a person has to be authenticated before editing a work item. This authentication is tamper proof. We use this for approving bugs in late stages of the development process. We have dev signoff and QA signoff fields and you can look in the work item history to see who signed off on the fields.

Let me know if this helps.
