ok. i was ponder what would be the best lanauge and what the proccess would be to connect to a COM device with these setting (taken from hyper terminal)

bits per second: 9600
Data Bits: 8
Parity: None
Stop Bits: 1
Flow Control: None

I am hoping some one could help me. I was hoping to make a program where i could just enter in my information into a few fields and have the program handle all the devices outputs and inputs, instead of me having to enter it all in manually.
