Losing Columns from DataGrid

I may have found a bug with the DataGrid. Everytime I go import an image to a button. I lose the columns in my datagrid. I also will lose them sometimes when I go and recompile and start debugging. It is starting to be a pain to have to add and readd the columns. So, for know I left them out till the end.

Is anyone else having this problem?
