can`t open local IIS page
Hii am working on windows mobile5 project(oon VPC2004), in Emulator Manager,i clicked Connect and it didnt show any error.
In Eumlator itself ,in network option,NE200 option is enabled,
Now In Intenret Explorer, when i enter my local IIS addresshttp://192.168.0.3 or any website like cnn.com,it gives error
your Internet connection isnt configured properlyhow do i tell emulator to connect to Internet?in Internet Options of Explorer,i dont find any option to let iE to connect to outer Internet trafiic
Try:Start Menu-Settings-Connections-Connections. On the "Advanced" folder tab, click the "Select Networks" button. In the "Programs that automatically connect to the Internet should connect using" dropdown selection, change the selection to use "My Work Network". Insure both dropdowns use "My Work Network". If your Intranet uses a proxy to access the Internet, this option is configured by clicking the "Edit" option under the "Programs that automatically connect to a private network should connect using" option. Click Edit then goto the Proxy Setting folder tab and configure your proxy server and port. Click OK OK OK to complete.
ReStart IE if it is already running by going to Start Menu-Settings-System-Memory-Running Programs and Stop IE. When you re-run IE, it should be connected. The connections setting has to change as the "Networks Cards" selection "My network card connects to" is set to "Work" when the DE initially starts.
