Is it legal to sell Beta 2 Products?

My company has a Microsoft license to sell our products developed with VC++ 6. We recently started developing an application with the new Studio 2005 Beta 2, that uses SQL Server Express. I'm trying to figure out if Microsoft allows us to sell such applications to customers, or if they have rules regarding beta products.
