The search function don't work.

I tried to search with a simple word (rowfilter and others) and always occurs an unknown error. I supposed this happens because I'm used Firefox to surf on this site but I was wrong. The same result with IE 6.0 SP1. I think the search function is not working.

Please correct this important function I have no time to read through all messages every time.

Bye

We imported posts from windowsforms.com forums yesterday and there are some improperly formatted posts which broke search. We are working on a fix right now.

In the meantime if you search within a specific forum rather than from the home page, search will work.

I, as a new user to the system and having submitted an e-mail thought that the next step was to fill out an application form or similar. Tried searching for application form came back with unknown error. Appears that search option still not functioning!

The problem is that the whole system is antiquated. We are living in the dark ages here! The fact that the system depends on more and more complicated algorythms is the big problem. The answer is to adopt my new multi-dimensional system ASAP.

The original program was written in BASIC, with NO ALGORYTHMS. By adopting my system broken links would be a thing of the past! A new internet can be created that is secure and free from hackers, bugs and spammers. And brothers and sisters the answer is so simple that you won't believe it!

SmileHaving said that, can I be directed as to what the next step is after my submission of an e-mail? I had believed that I would have to fill out some simple questionaire but don't know where to find it!

Is someone working on correcting this? I see a post 3/4/05 saying that it was being worked on but I tried to use the search today and it did not work. There is so much knowledge here that it is impossible to go page by page to find what you are searching for. As huge as the knowledge base is here, it is proving to be quite inadequate due to the lack of searching ability. Please, can you fix this soonSad

Thank you.

Bump, I have been unable to search for several days, no matter where I try. This is very difficult to use without search! :)

Thanks

We just rolled out the fix. It should now be working. Let me know if you continue to see problems.
