Undo within MSHTML Edit control(edit mode)

Trying to find out more info about using the undo/redo feature that is part of the MSHTML Edit Control. Specifically is there a way for the undo/redo to trigger an event, or can I stop an undo/redo from occuring based on some criteria? Any information more detailed than what's in the MSDN help would be wonderful.
