Help Needed Immediately about the display of spanish characters in Internet Explorer

Hi all

I have a problem.I want to display a label "ción".whish contains a special character.When i am trying to display it in IE it displays as "ci?n"
One more interesting finding is that the same label gets displayed correctly
when i used mozilla firefox.
But i want it to display in IE only.Can any body please help me to get out of this.
