Capturing video from webcam using .NET

Hi!

How could I capture video from webcam (Microsoft LifeCam VX-3000) using .NET 2.0 or WinFX (.NET 3.0) and save it to WMV or AVI? Actually, using WinFX (WPF, WCF, etc.) is preferable.
