Directx 10
I wanted to know if to run directx 10, I have to change windows(xp to vista) and to buy a new graphical plate?

At the moment there is no graphics hardware that supports the directx 10 system... to use it you have to use the software device. In the future there will be graphics hardware that you can use, but for now software is all we have.
