I think the first place to look is the Platform SDK documentation and the Platform SDK sample. I have posted a link to the documentation sometime in the past couple of days; if you look through a couple of pages of this forum you should find that. It might be in the VC language forum though. Otherwise, it should be possible to find the documentation relatively easily.
