Columns name in rowgroups and subtotal

I'm pretty new in this area and I have some questions that could be very obvious but it's giving me headaches these days.

I have the following schema in a report:

The points in the image explains as follows:
1. One merged cell, "father" of the rowgroup.
2. Dynamic column group
3. Subtotal row
4. Dynamic row group

So, my questions are:

1. How do I split the "father" cell in point 1 so I can put a respective name in each column. My main problem here is that this reportmust be exported to excel format and cellsmust not be merged in the resulting file, so it is desirable that each name it is contained in different cells.

2. The point 2 is a dynamic column group and in point 3 I must have a Subtotal with anAverage, how do I modify the subtotal row to put a "sub average" for the dynamic column in point 2? I have read that InScope function may be useful, but where do I put this function, which cell?
