How to delete questions in forums

I performed searches to try to find an answer to this question, but had no luck. The Help said in order to delete questions over 24 hours old, that I have to contact the Moderator. Maybe I'm blind but I can't see where I can get a message to the moderator. Can you help?

Thank you, Brendan! Apparently I ask lousy questions as I have two that no one answered. I looked at the Help that says how to build a question, but I must have missed it somewhere. Thank you for your help!
