Provide moderators more error details

When posting post 573889, I was greeted with an error suggesting the post did not occur. Going back into the list of posts, it actually did get posted.

Although the above is a separate issue (posted about several times), maybe moderators could be informed of the "real" error to provide more detail to the developers of the forums?
