All the shortcuts are listed in the Documentation\Read Me - Release Notes.htm file from the download.
Note that some keyboards do not work correctly (I don't know why...) and so the Ctrl+Key combinations don't work. Try attaching a PS/2 keyboard (not USB) if that is the case.
