Refractor install fails - error 1722

As far as Dev Express that make the refactor tool are concerned

Normally, this means that a previous version exist and you are trying to install or upgrade from a different location. Does this machine have any other versions installed? Have you installed this before from the same path on a different machine? You could remove all instances of the software and try and run it from the local drive?

I'd seen this on a Vista Beta install, the same suite worked just fine under 2003 and XP. All were clean installs with nothing bar viusal studio and the OS. I think it may be a security issue. Are you logged on as an administrator on this machine, and which OS are you using ?
