OTP: Windows Firewall

hi my computer is acting strange i cannot open my windows firewall settings it gives me the following msg.

"Due to an identified problem, Windows cannot display Windows firewall settings"

i don't know what to do.

and when i try to go to microsoft updates page i never finishes loading.

please help:)
