Split posts cannot be made a question and have incorrect reply count.

I just split a reply to a thread into its own thread:http://forums.microsoft.com/MSDN/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=591913&SiteID=1. I changed the type of post from comment to question.

When looking at that forums post list, this thread shows up with a comment icon and has 1 reply. The post is a question and has no replies.

Okay, the icon has changed to a question icon now. There must be a slight delay there.

But, the reply count is still 1 when there are no replies.
