SQL Server Error

On start-up I keep receiving the error...Your SQL Server installation is either corrupt or has been tampered with (could not open SQLEVN70.RLL). Please uninstall then re-run setup to correct this problem.

I did a "restore point" on my dell before this happened.

Everything is operating appropriately. This error just keeps reocurring on start-up.

Please help.

I would try re running the install over the top... or re applying the last service pack to the sql server.
