Rendering in PDF sucks!

I don't know whey RS is displaying underlined texts awkwardly when the report is PDF. It looks very bold on some text and not bold on some. This sucks!

Also why isn't the report textbox expand when generated in Excel to show all the text. Rendered textboxes in Excel doesn't expand accordingly to show all the text, but shows the way it's designed.

Please help, I'm having huge problems with this problem.
