IMessengerContact's Personal Message (PSM?)

Hi, is it possible to read the PSM of the contacts in my contact list? I'm messing around with the API in C# and I don't see this information anywhere.

In these threads it seems like its difficult to CHANGE your personal PSM, but is it possible to read it from a contact anywhere?
