[OTP]aspx file is not opening in IIS

hi,

this is suresh, iam new to asp.net when iam running the aspx files in IIS it showing the error

It is an error to use a section registered as allowDefinition='MachineToApplication' beyond application level. This error can be caused by a virtual directory not being configured as an application in IIS.

but asp files are running......

Plz help on this
