Create a Query for my Database
I have managed to create my address book database using Access and have added it to my project. I have also used the Wizard in Access to create queries for first and last names. My question is this:
I have dragged/dropped the queries labels and textboxes, (1 named First Name, 1 named Second Load) onto my form and put them in a Groupbox into which I have also placed a button called find. What I want to be able to to is enter a persons first name (into the appropriate text box) or their second name, press my "Find" Button and have it bring the persons details up.
The problem is, being an extreme newbie I just can not figure out how to accomplish this. I have read most of the books and articles on this subject that I can find referred to in this forum and others and am just getting more and more confused. Any help would be appreciated.
