I have downloaded Visual Studio Express Edition from a forum and have not registered yet. I would like to use it for commercial purposes. Can I use it? Would like to know are there any legal obligations.

To quote FAQ question 4 from the Express FAQ page:
| 4. | Can I use Express Editions for commercial use? |
Yes, there are no licensing restrictions for applications built using the Express Editions. |
If you want to avoid registering Express you may want to install from the CD/ISO version and once you've got it you are free and clear.
