I need the office tools for VS forum.

(the set up) It could be that what follow is all the result of my inexperience. You know "To a simple mind, it is a simple matter", but I'm willing to risk the humiliation because the need is great and my quest well intended. So here I go, sticking my foot in it again.
I'm developing a training application using .net 3.0 foundations. Inherently there are many documents to be created, retrieved, animated and annotated.(To be as brief as possible)
1. I can't count on my clients having office installed on their computers.
2. I want to use word to create and store the document in my native format .xaml
Imagine the ease with which I could develop, create a word .DocXaml and load it directly into my fixed document viewer, and I'm smiling.
As long as I'm getting everything I ever wished for, I would like to drag and drop my PowerPoint demos into my programand have a small spreadsheet analyze their progress.
Its "Office tools for Visual Studio", you can hire a whole new division.
What do you think? Am I crazy or what?
