Can't install Refactor
VS = Visual Basic 2005 Express Edition Beta 2 with default folder paths etc.
VB is working fine. I downloaded Refactor 1040 and executed it with full Admin privileges, but the install stops almost immediately with the error message "Setup could not find Visual Studio .NET 2005. Please install..."
Help! What am I missing?
