What's up with the Product Feedback Center?
This isn't related to these forums but I can't think of a better place to ask.
Does anyone know what's up with the Product Feedback Center? I can no longer log in. That is, I'm correctly logging in via Passport, then the "Edit Profile" page shows up (name, interests, etc.) though I don't know why -- and then I can't continue!
Clicking either Continue or Cancel will just redisplay the same page. No error message of any sort is shown. The profile data is unchanged, and was accepted as correct when I entered it months ago.
Can anyone else log into Product Feedback successfully?
No, same problem here from Ireland. It's very hard to find anywhere to provide feedback: bugs in the feedback site are supposed to go through the feedback site itself, which is a bit of a catch 22, and there are no labs.msdn-specific contact links, everything takes you through global MS product support.
All in all, a very unsatisfactory situation. I hope MS folks don't think that because things have gone quiet on the bug front that things are improving!
"Great, no new bugs submitted this week -- let's ship the product, we're done!"

But you're also accessing from outside the USA which really makes me wonder if the Product Feedback site is now US only, which would suck. Any Americans experiencing access problems?
