User Access issue

The Analysis Server is Started

The fact and dimension tables are in an Access DB locally on the machine.

The cube builds fine but when I try to view it in the Brower tab (VS) I get the following error:

Either the user, Dev3\User, Does not have access to the ASP1 database, or the database does not exist.

OK, You all wanted me to figure out this on my own. This happens when you have not yet deployed the cube.

You deploy the Cube by right clicking on the project (In Solution Explorer) and clicking on deploy.
