SQL Server 2005 June CTP Install Issue

When trying to install SQL 2005 June CTP to a Windows Vista Beta 1 install I am receiving the following error during the configuration portion of the installation:

TITLE: Microsoft SQL Server 2005 CTP Setup

SQL Server Setup could not connect to the database service for server configuration. The error was: [Microsoft][SQL Native Client]Shared Memory Provider: Connection was terminated [1236]. I have already tried enabling all the protocols and checked teh registry entry for said protocols with no success.
