Can't run page in IE but runs in firefox.

Having trouble getting the debug or preview actions to launch in IE. The localhost server starts, but IE sits until it times out with a dns error. I can run the same app in Firefox and it fires right up with no problem. I'm thinking I have an issue in the IE setup, but haven't been able to figure out what it is. No proxies, Intranet settings are MEDIUM.

Any Ideas?
