exception in devenv.exe

I'm using vs2005 in VC++ like environment with PPC 2005 SDK installed.
It worked a few days alright,
but now I meed "An unhandled win32 exception occurred in devenv.exe" every a few minutes.
What's wrong with my vs2005?
Does anybody experienced this exception?
