Avalon

Hi,
Is it possible to create Avalon applications with the Visual C# Express Edition? If so, how do I set this up? I installed it and the winfx sdk as per the instructions, and I don't see an Avalon template.

Yes, it is possible to create Avalon application with Visual C# Express. However, there are a few things currently missing that will make your experience creating them less than perfect:

1) Project Templates
2) An Avalon designer

Project Templates (and more) will be included in the release of Fidalgo which is targetted to happen in the next few days. However, an Avalon designer will not be available in the near future, so for the time being you'll have to write XAML by hand.
