If you cut a label a the team project level, you won't be able to "find" it again. (Manage Labels window)

Jason,

I believe that you are talking about labelling all of TeamProject and not just creating a label at TeamProject scope ($/<TeamProjectName).

In any case, you should be able to see that label when you click Find button in "Manage Labels or "Find Label" (new name for the dialog brought up by File > Source Control > Find Label... menu) dialog.

What build you are using? Please make sure that Project dropdown is set correctly.

Thanks,
Bhavik

Yes, I am trying to apply the label at the TeamProject level. For example, I created a Team Project called CAA. I tried to apply the label to $/CAA and it looks like it creates it but I don't see it when I try to go back and "Find Label". I am using the Beta 2 build, so this might have been resolved in more recent builds. Can anyone verify this?

Do you see the label if you run "h labels"?

I think the issue has to do with being able to apply a label on a folder that doesn't have any files in it. While it really doesn't make sense to use labels in this way, it might be good to warn the user that the label will not be applied.

Okay, I see now. I'll check on that.

Thanks.
