VSTS July CTP - Error 32000: "\BISIISDIR\sdk\bin\TfsGssInit.exe"

We are trying to install the July CTP of VSTS and are getting the error below, Could someone please advise what our issue may be here?

Can you provide more data from the log. What I can't see is what the failure data is.

Hi Bryan,

We have just released Beta 3 and can be found here: MSDN Subscriber Downloads.

I would suggest downloading this version. A lot has gone into the install to determine the state of the machine to improve installation success.
