maintainabilityrules.dll and reliabilityrules.dll

hi all,

I used MSBuild to build my solution but it failed because it was looking for the 2 rule files from FXCop. They are not in the bin folder. Does someone know where I can get them?

The version of FXCop is 1.32 and the 2 rule files it's looking for are maintainabilityrules.dll and reliabilityrules.dll.
